Trafalgar Road now fully reopens. Delays remain as before

Trafalgar Ave reopens towards Cutty Sark at approx. 12:10. Buses return to LOR, however due to Greenwich Car Free Day (SO17 2909), delays of 20 - 25 mins occurring.
