Spoke to Karl at @ CentreComm who stated that LSTCC are looking into the issue ans adjusting the phase on the ATS.

Delays rising to over 40 - 45 mins S/Bound.

Called C/Com and spoke to Karl, was told to call the disruption Hub, called the D/Hub and spoke to Acacia, Ref given of 503 for the delays.

Using Oxford Circus / Piccadilly Circus curtailments where required to protect the service. Agreed with M.Colegate (PM) to reduce the service north of Oxford Circus until delays clear.

Delays reducing now S/Bound to 8 to 10 mins average.

Delays N/Bound 10 to 18 mins still Regent St to Langham Place.

Route 453 Whitehall & Trafalgar Sq

Ongoing 12:30.. Clear by 13:30

Traffic delays N/Bound due to earlier changing of  the guard event, RTC in Pall Mall  and Broken down vehicle in Whitehall all resulting in congestion around Trafalgar Sq.

My colleague was earlier provided with a reference of 423 by Karl @ C/Com

delays as of 12:30:

N/Bound 10 to 15 average

S/Bound - no substantial delay but in isolated cases up to 5 mins.

Monitoring and adjusting the service as appropriate.

Route 36 & 171 minor RTC's

At 11:00, NX69 route 171 and NX25 route 36 are both off the road with minor RTC damage. No spare buses are available at present, however is one becomes available, route 36 is to be prioritised. NX Yard controller informed.

PM001 calls at 05:03 to notify of a fallen tree at Barry Road effecting light runs. PM001 made a code blue but is stuck. PM allocation advised to instruct drivers to use normal line of route
