Route 108-Blackwall tunnel
22:40-Blackwall tunnel shut N/B due to a diesel spill. Buses curtailed to NG(N/B) Plus split service from Pop-SI.MG184/181 both stuck in tunnel. REF from Centrecomm 320.

20:30-Route 37 experiencing 6-10 mins from Brixton through Clapham Comm to Wansworth possibly due to extra traffic/loadings due to egress from event on Clapham Common.

Routes 36S and 36X:
Both running satisfactory with only minor delays due to traffic / traffic on light run from SW to Q and loadings.
Route 36:
Isolated delays due to traffic displaced by Carnival road closures and extra passenger traffic on the route. Delays 8 to 10 mins Southbound with most buses making time up past Vauxhall.

No real delays on stopping sections with most buses exiting the express sections early.
Did have a gap in service due to NX31 being mechanical @ Peckham, bus is now in service on corrective instructions.
