Route P12 delays

From 15:30 route P12 has been losing 10 to 15 minutes from Brenchley Gardens through to Brockley Rises stand, heavy traffic.

Also from 16:00 losing 10 to 15 minutes at Ilderton Road through to St James Road, again heavy traffic.

From C COM lights are out of phase / local control, LSTCC have lost control of pages of traffic lights.. REF L33.
