S/Bound Portland Place / Langham Place to Upper Regent St / Oxford Circus - Heavy Traffic delays. Possible LSTCC Gating due to closures nearby.

Spoke to Ken at CentreComm - No know reeasons for excessive delays, will investigate and see if LSTCC have any plans implemented due to the Piccadilly underpass closure nearby. No ref given at this stage.

S/B Portland Place to Oxford Circus - Delays rising again.. Suspect Shopping traffic but having Spoken to Steve @ C/Com @ 16:32 still could not pin point cause of the delays, will ask LSTCC to investigate light phasing
