Paddington Praed Street (and Norfolk Place later) was blocked by a Mechanical Route 27 bus by St Mary's Hospital from 20:49 hrs to 21:39 hrs with NX 29, 30 and 1 trapped..  C/Com Ref D2918 diversion via Bishop's Bridge, Harrow Road and Edgeware Road.  Norfolk Place was blocked from 21:12 hrs to 21:39 hrs with NX 12 trapped, one Bus NX 14 was diverted via Sussex Gardens and Spring Street approved by Wayne at c/com at 21:25 hrs.
