Called CentreComm and Spoke to Gavin, upon checking CCTV came to the conclusion that there is a police operation in Grosvnor Place reducing the E/Bound carriageway to 1 lane.

On a later call from Gavin confirmed as an Anti-Terror police checkpoint.
