Southbound delays have increased to 15 - 20 mins. 11:24: Ccom collator Ken informed of the delays and LSTCC are investigating the cause. 11:39 Ken from Centrecomm called back to inform us that the delays are due to Police vehicle checks being carried out in Grosvenors Place southbound and causing the heavy traffic.
