Blackwall Tunnel (Southbound) - Route 108

CentreComm did not advise us of this!

Mechanical HGV on Southbound Exit was first reported at 10:10, and delays starting creeping up, eventually 30mins max.

Tunnel was closed for recovery at 10:40-10:56.

No diversions or curtailments were implemented, and route was controlled accordingly once the tunnel had re-opened and traffic has eased.
