D. Butterfield is supervising at Elgin Avenue.

Routes 36S and 36X:
Both running satisfactory with only minor delays due to traffic / traffic on light run from SW to Q and loadings.

Route 36:
Isolated delays due to traffic displaced by Carnival road closures and extra passenger traffic on the route. Delays 8 to 10 mins Southbound with most buses making time up past Vauxhall.


17:00 update

Route 36S:
Encountering delays Southbound from Royal Oak through to  Marble Arch of 8 to 12 mins variable.

Route 36:
Encountering delays Southbound from Royal Oak through to  Marble Arch of 8 to 12 mins variable but buses still seem ot be making up time past Vauxhall

Route 36X:
No real delays on stopping sections with most buses exiting the express sections early.
Did have a gap in service due to NX31 being mechanical @ Peckham, bus is now in service on corrective instructions.


17:15 update

Route 36:
Drivers reporting parking issues in Claremont Road, cars parked on the corner making it tight to pass. Care and caution call put out


18:30 update

Route 36:
Delays rising between Royal Oak and Paddington / Edgware Road, in coises up to 20 mins but the average delay is between 10 and 17 mins Southbound.

Short & Sporadic isolated delay Northbound between Royal Oak and Harrow Road / Elgin Ave between 3 and 9 mins.

Using curtailments and advancements where possible to overcome delays.

Route 36S:
Delays rising between Royal Oak and Paddington / Edgware Road, in coises up to 20 mins but the average delay is between 10 and 17 mins Southbound.

Route 36X:
No substantial delays showing once buses clear the express section.




19:00 update:

Route 36S:
Delays continuing Southbound so D.Butterfield advancing buses early out of Harrow Road, up to 6 mins early.


20:20 update:

Route 36:
Delays Northbound between Elgin Ave 8 to 15 mins

Delays southbound between Royal Oak and Paddington = 10 to 18 mins

Route 36S:
Delays southbound between Royal Oak and Paddington = 10 to 18 mins


Route 36X:
Delays southbound coming out of Harrow Rd = 10 to 18 mins

22:00 update:

Route 36:
Delays Northbound between Elgin Ave 10 to 18 mins

Delays southbound between Queens Park and Paddington inclusive = 18 to 25 mins average

Using Paddington curtailments on key buses to protect the service.

Route 36S:

Harrow Road to Paddington inclusive 10 to 18 mins


Other isolated delays along the routes in both directions.
