R.E NOE CE17-3113, Elgin Avenue is reported closed Southbound by NX22 despite the NOE stating northbound only. NX22 made a code red call to CentreComm.

Route 36 diverted via Chippenham Road Both Way whilst C/Com liaise with the contractors.

13:03 Spoke to Michael Josephs @ CentreComm who stated if we need to, use Chippenham Rd Both ways, the collators are looking into the issue. no call ref given.

Called C/Com again, spoke to Alan, NTC is on scene liaising with contractors, Awaiting further info.

Call from C/Com, contractors have been corrected by the NTC and traffic management re arranged.
Buses to return to working as per the NOE, only N/B buses are on diversion via Chippenham Rd.
