17:30 delays in the southbound Edgware rd no apparent cause, CentreComm collator Chris informed of the delays he had no further information and hasn't been made aware of any active traffic management.

Delays 10 - 15 mins isolated 17 mins

Delays back to normal by 18:10

Delays back again at 18:20 8 - 14 mins
Delays seem to be due to Edgware rd being blocked at Marble Arch due to traffic queuing to go in to Oxford street.
Delays back to normal again by 18:45
