Delays on these routes due to the Notting Hill carnival,
Northbound 5 - 15 mins
Southbound 10 - 20 mins
Delays are mostly in Harrow rd, Porchester rd and Bishops Bridge rd. I have spoken to Alan at CCom who will be asking LSTCC for assistance.
