DELAYS ROUTE 108
Intermittant delays en-route mainly towards Stratford 12:30 to 16;30 hrs, 5 to 10 isolated 10 to 20 minutes.
Due to mechanical car Blackwall Tunnel Northern Approach one lane blocked from 18:29 hrs to 19:31 hrs, 10 to 20 minutes
