Route 21-Suffering serious delays from Princes st through King William st, London Bridge to Borough high st both ways. Spoke to Duncan at Centrecomm disruption line who informed me that due to a road closure at Bishopsgate, displaced traffic was causing these delays. He asked me to use NOE ref CE17/3155 for delay ref.
